Stage 1 · Identify
Species, because treatment differs.
Four services for homes and small businesses, all starting with an inspection.
Most recurring pest problems have a cause: moisture under a sink, mulch banked against the wall, a gap at a door sweep. We treat what is there and tell you what is bringing them, because a quarterly spray on an unaddressed moisture problem is a subscription rather than a solution.
Species, because treatment differs.
Moisture, harbourage, entry points.
To the label, with occupants informed.
What to change so it stops recurring.
Visible and accessible areas.
Including what could not be reached.
Matched to the species found.
In a separate written contract.
A WDO report covers what was visible and accessible on the day, and we list what was not — a sealed attic or a wall behind storage is not an inspection finding, it is an unknown. Treatment type depends on the species, and any warranty is a separate written contract with its own renewal terms.
Mosquitoes breed in water a bottle cap could hold. Treating the yard without finding the bromeliads, the clogged gutter and the saucer under the plant pot means spraying every month forever. We find the breeding sites first and tell you which ones are yours to empty.
Where water is actually standing.
What you can empty or fix.
Harbourage areas, protecting pollinators.
Monitored and adjusted.
Roofline, vents, pipe penetrations.
Properly, with materials they cannot chew.
What is already inside.
Checked again before closing the job.
Baiting alone produces dead rodents in wall cavities and a fresh population next season, because the hole is still there. Exclusion is the real work: finding every gap a quarter of an inch or wider, sealing it properly, and only then dealing with what is already inside.
